I totally understand how weig...Great job this week! I totally understand how weighing yourself frequently can actually backfire. Last year, I hid the scale at home and only weighed in once a week at Weight Watchers. It definitely helped with motivation. I'm lucky that I live in California and don't have to worry too much about extreme cold, I know that I would have a lot less motivation to get out of bed and go to the gym. I need to do b...Good for you on your water intake. I need to do better with that as well. I also use MFP and feel like it really helps me stay on track with my food. If you want to link up on that to help motivate one another just let me know I'll give you my username. My thing to do better with this week is the exercise as well. I am making a plan to do at least 30 min before school that way I am not tempted to skip after when I am totally exhausted. I tell ya 5 year olds can really wear you out...lol.
