A few years ago, my brother drank coke like you drink DDP. He got a soda stream and started drinking that with a few drops of MIO or Dasani water flavor and it really helped him. The carbonation in the water plus a little bit of flavoring really helped him. I've considered that before because if it is something I have planned, I'm more likely to stick to it. I'm really bad at grocery shopping, and I've joked with my husband before that I need to go grocery shopping with a friend because I wouldn't be able to ditch her since it's something that's planned. But it's true. If it's planned, I'll do it.
